Golf Day

Goose Valley HOA V Turtle Creek HOA - Golf Day 19 December 2016 first T off 11:00. 

Fun Run

Join us in a “Fun Run” 19 December 2016 at 16:00 – all welcome.   (Prizes for the best dressed, worst dressed and slowest runner)

All participants will get a bottle of water during the race and a free cold drink after race.

Prize giving at 15:00 

AGM/SGM

20 December 2016 at the Plettenberg Bay Bowling Club.

If homeowner is unable to attend, please appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf… (add note regarding new legislation – only two proxies per homeowner). 

Estate Marshall & Pool Attendant

From the 15 December 2016 until 9 January 2017 we will have an Estate Marshall patrolling the Estate, and a swimming pool attendant at the pool. 

• No towels hanging over balustrades.
• Drivers licence required to drive a golf cart.
• No motorised vehicles to be used on the estate.
• Parking in designated areas only. 

TV

Please contact your agent to check all the necessary requirements regarding your TV services, our team are only able to check and replace dishes, multi-switches and LMB.  For any other problems regarding televisions please call technician : Tyrone Hodges Cell 072 633 2327

Tags

The access tags are only activated for a year at a time, so or many homeowners your tag might not work when you arrive at the entrance.

The Security Officer will allow access until the offices are opened.  Pleaser pop in and renew the period of activation of your tag.
